Computer not posting, no signal

So i have finished building friends pc, and it worked great for two days, then we decided to add an rgb fan to it, and first couple of times pc did turn on, i installed the rgb software for gigabyte boards, and i couldnt get the rgb to work at all.

Then i switched the rgb header and tried to power on pc, but it displayed *cable not connected*. Tried on two monitors, same result. Tried gpu in my pc, everything works fine. Everything leads to mobo, or am i wrong?

I dont know the exact model of the fan, beacuse there are couple different but all look the same - here is one: https://www.raidmax.com/product_d.php?lang=en&tb=1&id=597

 

Specs:

Ryzen 5 1600 3.2Ghz

RX 470 8Gb

Gigabyte b450 Gaming X

Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz 2x8Gb

Did you tried unplugging that fan and see if it post than?
