Well, you are trying to use network functionality that isn't officially supported by operating systems at this point. Look at the Wikipedia article I linked above, it's still considered experimental.

The easiest way to enable/use it is Firefox as far as I can see. Go to Settings > General > Network Settings and enable the checkbox "Enable DNS over HTTPS", then select Cloudflare from the drop down. See: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-dns-over-https

Hello!

I got 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 enabled in DNS address. Then changed text* in the target box from the google chrome properties shortcut, but didn't work as https://1.1.1.1/help says 'Using DNS over HTTPS (DoH)  -  No.'

Why it didn't work?

text* -  chrome.exe --enable-features="dns-over-https<DoHTrial" --force-fieldtrials="DoHTrial/Group1" --force-fieldtrial-params="DoHTrial.Group1:server/https%3A%2F%2F1.1.1.1%2Fdns-query/method/POST

You'd need a client that supports it. Take a look here, it lists some available clients: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNS_over_HTTPS

DoH is a work in progress. Even though the IETF has published RFC 8484 as a proposed standard and companies are experimenting with it,[6][7] the IETF has yet to determine how it should best be implemented.

IPv6 has nothing to do with DNS over HTTPS.

DoH is experimental and isn't really supported by most things, including Windows. According to the list Firefox supports it, so maybe you'll have better luck with that one.
