Is there any other reliable website that lets you compare pc parts like this?

All I've heard about userbenchmark is that their scoring system is unreliable crap.

Just look at benchmark scores that use the chips that you're looking at.

Well, their raw data are still useful, just don't look at these ratings at all. Look at average\OC'd user bench and 64-core benchmarks in 'nice-to-haves' and paint the picture yourself. It's good way to quickly compare two CPUs without getting into much detail, of course it's far from accurate but does the job. If you want accurate data then look for reviews of CPUs in question.

Here's a more trusted source, Anandtech.  They do real CPU reviews so that's where this data is mostly pulled from.  That said, if they haven't done an extensive review of the part it won't be in the "Bench" section to compare, so they don't have every model CPU like UserBenchmark, but their scores are far more useful and less "fluff"
