shield portable NVIDIA Shield Portable

(Need an answer soon for Christmas) I’m searching for a Console with NVIDIA game streaming. I’m wondering if the NVIDIA Shield Portable still supports game streaming from GeForce Experience. (From PC to said Console) 

I’m also wondering if it will work if you are out of the local network (From the PC) and will it require port forwarding.

 

 

PC specs: 

GPU: RTX 2060 super

CPU: Ryzen 3600 or something like that.

Memory: 16 GB

Storage: 2TBs internal ssd. 23TB external.

Motherboard: tomahawk MSI B 350
PC Network speeds:

            Upload:15mbps

             Download:50mbps

OS:Windows 10 Pro (I do have Server2016 if needed)
