Domain help

Hello guys
 

Recently i bought myself VPS from OVH and today bought .net domain from Google
Someone who used OVH maybe could explain me how can I make my IP to domain.net
 

I get this message when i try creating new domain on my VPS
 

First we need to verify you are the owner of this domain. To do so, please add a TXT field on your DNS zone for the domain *domain*, with the subdomain 'ownercheck' and the following value: 'value'. Once done and your zone reloaded, try again (you don't need to wait for DNS propagation).
 

But i have no idea what is "dns zone" to them
