Video Editing and Archiving NAS Recommendations

Hey there, im looking into upgrading our current system into a proper media for video editing and archiving. We are already storing about 150TB of data on offline HDDs duplicated, so basically just stacks of old HDDs that are coming to the end of their recommended life use. So what i need is a system that can start with holding 150TB, dual 10Gb etherent, with room to grow. I have allotted a budget of $11k to spend before the end of the year. Right now EXOS 16TB drives are a great price, outside of those im looking for recommendations, rackmount nas, Synology, QNAP? What else is out there? Advice is much appreciated.

 

Currently have 3 editing desktops mostly editing 1080p with 4k A cameras.
