You need to buy that domain name from a registrar and then have that point at your public (static!) IP address. If your IP address is not static, you need to use some service like no-ip.

Then what exactly do you need help with? If you have a domain name on Google's DNS, you should only have to point that at your puplic static IP.

Also make sure your ISP isn't blocking those ports since they may not like you hosting your own site unless you have a business contract.

my root domain, i cant seem to get it to load my website each time i go to my domain it just says "ip not found"

Just to be extra clear, you have configured Google's DNS to point to your public IP address and your public IP address is static?

The ports depend on what you are trying to host. For http, the default port is 80, for https it is 443.

To use Cloudflare you'd have to sign up with them and tranfer your domain there: https://www.cloudflare.com/dns/

By your router, you mean it shows your router's login page? Log in to your router and see if there's an option to disable login from external IPs.

Your router is probably hosting it's own management UI on port 80, so you may need to change that to be able to forward that port to your PC.

To be honest, I'd advice against hosting a web server at home. Get a cheap VPS.

Also, Cloudflare DNS on its own isn't going to protect you against DDOS. You need to use them as a reverse proxy.
