Hey,

I have had this PC for about 3-4 years, Nvidia GTX 1070, i5 6500 3.2 GHz.

It has been working great. I recently bought the new Modern Warfare and have been experiencing extreme FPS drops to 0 fps and now even with every setting on low, the low fps and inconsistent fps makes it unplayable. IDK what the issue would be. I do not play on a very good monitor so it may be that, or the cpu or even gpu. I have no clue and was hoping for some help.

Hey,

Update motherboard bios, Try different GPU drivers, reinstall windows.

Try a different hard drive or SSD maybe idk.

At least an R5 3600 is cheap ish.

Your i5 should still be good for at least 60fps though.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
