What's going on?

I have no idea what is going on now, I can't even get back into my computer because it makes that screen and then goes black but doesn't shut off. I was in the middle of playing Planet zoo and out of nowhere it shoes lines across the screen and shut off now it's constantly doing this. I restart my laptop and it doesn't show for a few seconds then it's shows the lines and goes black? Is it my display? Or is something wrong with my graphics card?

 

Edit: it doesn't do this in BIOS just seems to do it when it boots into Windows 10 x64

CPU: Intel core i7-7700hq

Graphics: gtx 1080 max-q

Memory: 32gb ddr4

BIOS Version: 1.04

It looks like your GPU is bad. Is the laptop still under warranty?

I don't believe so, I bought it over a year ago refurbished on newegg

Then it wouldn't be under warranty unless you purchased one. Have you tried plugging in a monitor to see what happens? You could also try opening up your laptop and checking the ribbon cable for the display, make sure it's making good contact and the cable is in good shape.
