Ryzen 2600 with stock cooler is getting to 87c in 4 minutes which is little high for my liking is this normal?

The wraith stealth was pretty underpowered for the 2600 since zen+ draws more power than zen or zen 2, also occt is pretty heavy. Investing in a $20 cooler will bring that down at least 20c and even allow for overclocking.
