Problem with Hardware or ?

Hey! 

I´ve had this pre-build computer for about 2 years. i´ve noticed about 6 months ago that when i start my PC my monitor says that it doesn´t detect the dvi signal and goes to standby mode. After turning Pc off and then back on it will work after it. Then sometimes my Pc freezes this isn´t quite common but when i am getting it im not playing any games but when i am using discord or just browsing the web.  Also i regulary do clean my PC from dust.

Yeah mostly on the Nividia drivers.
