Getting low FPS

H ive got a i7 6700 and a rtx 2070 and 16gb ram Im getting 50-70fps in GTA V i get 50 when driving at high speeds in the city on veryhigh/ultra in certain situations Should i be getting better performace? My 6700 is 2nd hand

Also my usage is 50% on cpu and gpu

1920x1080 i have the normal evga 2070 its not the super

From watching some vids of people with similar setups, your FPS looks normal.

 

Here is someone with identical setup. His FPS is higher because his system is decently overclocked.
