Front must be intake, not exhaust.

Does that GPU have AIO too? Or is it just CPU AIO at front? In that case, top and rear fans aren't doing anything. You get air in semi-passively from places where there are no fans. Meaning that GPU is probably pretty hot as it gets no fresh air.

 

So either move rad to top as exhaust and have 2 fans front intakes. Or switch AIO at front as intake and have bit better GPU temps than you currently have.
