hi everyone, so im running a stock asus motherboard (i know facepalms), and i7-6700 and a msi 1060 graphics card. i had to opt for a tv as my monitor temporarily. when i first used this setup to play rainbow 6 siege i would get an fps around 160-170 with high settings in game. now im only hitting about 95-105 fps in game and even putting it on lower settings in game. all other games i dont have a problem. so would just getting a actual monitor fix that at all or would i need a new cpu,or  gpu,

what has changed is that when i first used this set up i got around 160-170 fps with high settings in game. now im only hitting about 95-105 fps in game with  lower settings in game. nothing has changed other then adding liquid cooling but i know that wont affect the in game fps.

Trampler5 I changed from a widescreen dell monitor and a sharp 32" tv. I gamed with the dell monitor and used the tv for obs streamlabs,/ discord.  i moved in july. and in nov i started getting the fps drops. it has a motherboard from a ausu m32cd. 12gb ddr4 ram, and a 7th gen i7-6700. since i got it i have added liquid cooling and put in a 650w evga power supply and a gtx 1060 gpu.
