Clean with a damp cloth. No chemicals.

 

if that doesnt work, turn it on so u can see the issue and with a damp cloth wipe it, if the issue doesnt show up when the screen is slightly damp then its a damaged surface. If u dont have any warranty then u can attempt a DIY fix by removing the anti reflective layer/coating which is likely the damaged layer.

Did you try cleaning it yet?  If so what did you use?

 

Could be damage to the front screen from sun or other conditions not just water.  Similar to how car headlights get nasty.

Huh?  How can dirt get in there?  I think you're looking at plastic deformation and discoloration.
