Clean with a damp cloth. No chemicals.
if that doesnt work, turn it on so u can see the issue and with a damp cloth wipe it, if the issue doesnt show up when the screen is slightly damp then its a damaged surface. If u dont have any warranty then u can attempt a DIY fix by removing the anti reflective layer/coating which is likely the damaged layer.
