so im planning to expand ram on my dell optiplex 780 it has 4ddr3 slots and i wanna put 32 gigs , people have asked this question before on dell fourms but they always say "well SIR our um advice here is to um use only 16gb of ram and use dell certified ram" and crap like that, but i want to know straight up will it work is it possiblle

No, with that price you should upgrade other component. My windows uses 3gigs of ram, and games 5-7 and there are still 5gigs left on 16gig. i have 32gig and it was not a good upgrade. whit that price upgrade gpu

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
