Trouble Extending Desktop Across 3 Monitors

After hibernating my computer this morning, when I came home and woke it up, the 2nd and 3rd monitor became unresponsive, but still displayed the previous image. After trying to toggle the display settings between extend, duplicate, and show on only 1 monitor, I reset my computer. When I started it up, I could not get all 3 monitors to operate independently: display 2 and 3 are being treated as the same display.

 

All three are connected to my graphics card, which is a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 Windforce OC edition. I've attempted swapping the connections, restarted my PC several times and uninstalled and rolled back my display adapter.
