Your current hardware will not be compatible with a 9900. Different platform (AMD vs Intel), which use two completely different sockets (LGA vs PGA, which are functionally polar opposites in design)

No, your system will be running an FM2+ socket, Ryzen runs an AM4 socket.
Functionally, with your current hardware, you have a very limited upgrade potential, If you're looking for a worthwhile upgrade, you're looking at a new motherboard (AM4 socket for Ryzen), new memory (DDR4, you're currently using DDR3), and a new processor. Ryzen 9 is a very poor performance-per-dollar proposition for a gaming rig as well, potentially being lower performance at a higher cost.
