asus strix 2080ti core clock fluctuating hard

So my gpu core clock keeps fluctuating, which i think is causing my computer to crash games and freezing my monitor and turning off the monitor signal. How can i fix this? The situation gets better if i just go to default settings but it still crashes just later.

What is with that memory clock? 15800mhz? Says it's +1800 you maybe want to go back down to +0
