I'm looking to buy a used 27-inch 1440p monitor for my ps4 Pro and these are the only two choices I've got so far:

Monoprice 24659: https://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=113&cp_id=11307&cs_id=1130703&p_id=24659

Specsheet: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/81oTLBoaUTL.pdf

User Manual: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/C15BHH80MmS.pdf

BenQ GL2706PQ: https://www.amazon.com/BenQ-GL2706PQ-Gaming-Monitor-response/dp/B06XDQ2RRQ/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

User Manual: https://downloads.monoprice.com/files/manuals/24659_Manual_170911.pdf

Both of them are 1440p 27ich monitors with monoprice being IPS and BenQ being TN. I just wanted to know that between the two of them which would be the better buy considering it's going to be exclusively used for gaming on a ps4 Pro? The monoprice monitor is going to cost me roughly $96-116 and the BenQ monitor might cost me btw $77-90.

Really no point in recommending other monitors because I live in Pakistan and can't really afford box packed stuff.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
