Dives cannot start. (code 10)

Im using notebook which is Toshiba NB510 and recently its not working, I checked on the Device and Printer Spnatics showing that "This device cannot start. (Code10), I watched a lot of tutorials in youtube and try to fix it but still its not resolved.

Any solution please?

Every motherboard (and therefore each laptop) has its own special code set.  You need to know what code 10 means for your particular laptop.  Your manual should have it.  If it’s not available most manuals are available online.
