Do you mean that will ti run at your mobo, well yes, it runs on every motherboard.

Your mobo has pcc i e 2.0 which will hurt the performance by a bit but not that much. But you should get radeon rx 5700/rx 5700 XT because they are cheaper and a bit better.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

It won't be able to get the high FPS like when running with your 9700k, but yes it will work.

I recently upgraded my gpu, this is for my girlfriend, who wants to play games with me, for Christmas. I already have the 2070.
