Changing Resolutions

Just built my new system with a Gigabyte RX 5700 XT and using it on a 60Hz 4K TV.

I just tried changing the resolution in Windows 10 to 1440p, but it's still displaying an active signal at 2160p?

Windows 10 states 1440p in display settings?

Didn't have this issue with the VEGA 56, any ideas?

 

I haven't updated windows yet either.
