Making a bootable MAC WIN and UBUNTU in the same usb flash drive

I have both Mac and Pc. I want to have a bootable usb that can load all 3 or Win and Mac. Should I make 3 partitions on my usb flash drive and will it boot? How to go about doing this in the same flash drive.

I am thinking of using Rufus and Diskmaker on Mac.
