Hi guys so I'm new to this trend called building a computer. My kids and I always had computers whether we bought them online or went inside the store and bought them. My kids had challenged me to build them a computer that is capable of using recording Studio softwares some examples are Native Instruments FL Studios (Fruity Loops) Pro Tools just to name a few. Making music is something that I teach them I also teach them piano and drums.

Not only do they want this computer to have the ability to use various Recording Studio software. They also want this computer to be a gaming video streaming video editing family computer.

I am on my knees typing looking for help yes I've looked on YouTube very informal and a lot to take in at once but one thing I did get out of watching the YouTube videos is that I should spend the most of my money on the CPU and the graphics card.

I am leaning towards a ryzen build I'm stuck between the 3600 and the 3700 from there I don't know where else to go as you can see the only thing that I have so far in my house is my full computer tower for this build. Any help is grateful I will very much appreciate it please help me and point me in the right direction also this one be my successful build with the help of you guys. Furthermore after completing this successful dealed with the help of you guys I will be able to teach my kids how to build a computer and they'll be able to share that experience and teach someone else that they know thank you for your help.

Lastly like I said I'm a newbie to this building thing so I was wondering do I need to get a video capturing card to render they're videos that they want to go on YouTube and also do I need to get a sound card to capture all the recording tracks that we produce on the recording studios software just trying to get all my information and facts correct?

Capturing audio and video generated by the computer itself does not require capture card nor sound card. Capture cards are used to capture external signal (say screen of a console) while sound cards are meant to be better outputs than what the motherboard carries only. They do accept input, but in that case you'll need a microphone first and could just connect it to the motherboard's audio input port anyway.

The case is not exactly inspiring anyone with its airflow though. Does it hold fans in the front and can the drive bays be removed?

Yes it holds one fan in the front. one fan on the side panel all together it can hold up to 4 or 6. The front drive bays are removable do I or do I not need to have that many spaces has my question?

depends on how many drives you plan on using. If you arent using those bays, better take them out.
