The 3800X is a waste of money unless you are getting it for the same price as the 3700X ?

 

Have a look at MSI B450 MAX boards. The B450-A Pro MAX is usually quite cheap.

 

Also an RX 5700 might be cheaper than a 2060 Super.

Ryzen 5 3600 an a 2070 super does well, and you can use nvenc to stream from GeForce experience

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
