i have the latest win10 update

when im trying to install vs it wont even start

i get this green bar and then it finishes, stops but it doesn't install the vs

Looks like you gonna need to start your programming career by debugging your IDE's installer. Check event viewer for whats causing your issue. In my case RTSS OSD was causing VS installer to crash on d3d9 module.
