CSGO IS BROKEN

I have been playing csgo as usual, however, my game looks super laggy. The Enemy player walk like a power point presentation and the sound of the bullets are choppy. It is not bad internet cuz I have 16 ping and It's not fps because I have on average 150. IDK what it could be and I really need some help

• Change your settings in game (Low everything) 
• Change the max fps to 0
• Verify the game files
• Reinstall the game if that does't work
