Three is no step by step description for removing viruses in general. If you're experienced user and have proper software (firewall for detection, autoruns, process hacker, adwcleaner, registry workshop, second bootable win) and if you're good, you can try to fight. But viruses are interesting piece of software made by smart guys, so there is no simple method to remove them other than "analyze and react".
