windows 10 + VM gaming

hello I was on several pages to find a solution to my problem but unfortunately I did not find any.

I have currently installed windows 10 per host / guest and wanted to integrate the graphics card via hyper-x via gpu-p or vt-d

cpu / mainboard supports it

i7 3770S
gigabyte z77n-wifi
gt-1030

does anyone have a solution or use such a setup at the time

The goal is to play both games at the same time or at least to assign host or guest the intergrie graphic and the other the pcie
