I have 2x4gb 2400mHz installed in my motherboard(supports max. 2400mHz) and I want to upgrade it to 2x8gb 3200mHz and a motherboard which would suppprt that speed. Can I put these different ram together to have 24gb by now or it would cause some issues? And if yes, will new ram just be set to 2400mHz?

If you mix RAM speeds, the RAM will run at the lowest common speed, so in your case the new RAM would be limited to 2400 MHz. You could attempt to overclock, but there's no guarantee it'll work.
