PC No Longer Posts

Spec list:

Motherboard: EVGA X99 Micro 2

CPU: Intel i7-6800k (no overclook)

Ram: Corsair Vengence LPX 4GB x4 - DDR4 2400

Old GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GTX 960

New GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super

Storage: Samsung 970 Evo M.2-2280 NVME

PSU: EVGA BQ 650 w 80+ Bronze

 

Computer was working fine with the 960 this morning.

Shutdown when the 1660 arrived.

Swap from the 960 to the 1660, didn't change anything else. PC won't post.

Swap back to the 960, no post.

 

I don't know what happened, motherboard has no display out to boot using integrated graphics and neither GPU is working.

I have reset cmos, remounted CPU, moved RAM sticks to different slots, tried a different PCIe slot with both cards.

Nothing leads to a Post.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Unsure which BIOS version, but I never updated it
