Question about Crate Computers

I created my account pretty much just for this post, so I'm not sure if this is the correct category for this, but here it goes...

 

Does anyone know if Crate Computers is still shipping cases? I ordered one Friday the 22nd of November 2019, and it's now the evening of the 26th.

I know it hasn't been that long but I've heard nothing from them since I orderd it, and the payment went through a few days ago.

I'm sure I'm getting worked up about nothing, I know there a small company and they probably do insanely small volume, but I figured I'd see if anyone knew what was going on.

I've already sent them a polite message asking about the status of my order, and they haven't respon- Okay that's hilarious... Literally as I was typing the word "responded" I got an text saying my order had shipped... I'm an impatient bastard; I think I'll post this anyway, 'cus that was glorious.

I was about to ask when you messaged them and how much time had passed. Glad they responded.

Yeah, I did. And apparently they ship next day air with UPS, so that's pretty awesome.
