upgrade path sugestions

hi, 

currently my system is 

intel core i7 7700(none k)

gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 

corsair rm550x

i am planing to upgrdate the whole system up to the point of a new computer and i am planing to start with the cpu change to ryzen 3700, i wanted an advice would it be a bang for money upgrade or i should go with different cpu?

currently i dont want to change the psu that down the line with the gpu if needed/

Just to be clear: Do you want to keep the 550W PSU, but still upgrade the 1070? Or do you want to keep both the PSU and GPU?

I will complain about high prices in Norway given the oportunity.

I think he's changing the psu and gpu together idk a later date...

3700x with b450 tomahawk max should be fine...

yes gpu and psu if needed will be down the line, right now i am planing to change the cpu

save your money and get a 3600. I have a 5700XT GPU with a ryzen 2600. I dont need anything higher. CPU doesnt break 50% on any of my games @ over 100fps.
