Are you using the Nvidia encoder for streaming? If I'm not mistaken, PUBG is a CPU intensive game, and if you are using the x264 encoder, that could be cutting into the resources for processing game information. It could also see issues if you are using 'Game Capture' versus 'Window Capture' in some instances (or vice versa).
