I am trying to install Python 3.8 UWP from the windows 10 app store, but when it tries to install I keep getting an error saying "Something unexpected happened" and this error code: 0x80070005. I have reset the store, uninstalled and reinstalled it, cleared cache and changed folder permissions, changed antivirus/firewall settings (Using Sophos Home Premium) and nothing has worked. Also this is only happening for Python, I can install and update other UWP apps. I have also created a clean Windows 10 1903 install on a VM and python UWP installed fine. I'm running windows 10 Enterprise 1903. OS Build: 18362.476 with all the latest updates + drivers.

Any reason you need to download Python from the appstore? I never have had good luck with things downloaded from there.
