USB adapter for MOBO?

A friend of mine bought an LED-strip that has a USB connector. Is there an adapter that goes from one of the USB-ports on the MOBO to a USB?

If you mean from an internal USB header to a Type "A" Connector then yes, there is an NZXT internal USB hub which offers 2 type A connectors or you can buy an adapter from ebay as seen in the image below.
