Help with first home NAS

Hello guys

 

Can you give me some recommendations for parts, which will be best for building small form factor NAS server? 2x 2TB disks max

 

I was thinking about FREENAS or maybe ubuntu server. 

 

I want to see my files on home network (wired also wifi), in future I want to activate also OwnCloud for remote access for my work.

 

Every help is more then welcome:)
