Hex Installer help?

OK, So i downloaded Hex Installer , and tryed to open it. It is stuck on the home screen. My device is a Xiaomi Mi 9T if that is important.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

This is clearly for Samsung phones. The first line of the description states that.

Even the App's title states that, really. "Hex Installer - Themes for OneUI (Early Access)". OneUI is the name of Samsung's interface.

I just bought a Note10 today, because i needed to switch my Mi 9T anyways, it also seems to crash on it?
