Different Resolution displays

Hey guys I have a 1440p monitor and a 1080p monitor they both are the same size but the 1080p one is smaller when I go to my NVCP and window settings to adjust the 2 monitors location. This makes it so that they are not lined up properly virtually but they are lined up perfectly in real life. Is there anything I can do about this?

It makes your mouse appear at the correct location when you move between screens. It is not resource intensive.
