PC not entering BIOS

I just get a blinking underscore when i try to enter BIOS

 

Now the system is stuck at that because i pulled the CMOS battery out

Try resitting the cmos that happened to before before on an hp because I didn’t put the battery in properly or it could be that the cmos is dead

Did you try resetting the BIOS by normal means? Motherboards often have a button or jumper to properly reset

well, i pulled the cmos battery, and then after that, its stuck on the white underscore

if by Normal means You mean entering into BIOS and loading defaults... i couldnt get into the bios before pulling the CMOS Cell either. It was stuck on the white underscore
