Hello, today I somehow got a ransomware in my computer, i got rid of it with malwarebytes, but now most of my files are named with .Rote in the end and I have no idea how to get them back to normal. I tried backuping my system to yesterday's recovery file, but that did not work out. Can anybody please help me? I tried data recovery pro and rakhnidecryptor, but still, nothing changes.

They're encrypted, so unless there's a public tool or key to recover them, they're gone, unfortunately. Going by the file extension you provided, it looks like there isn't a public key available.

 

In the future, please backup your data!
