Should i upgrade my gpu?

So this is my current setup 

Core i3 8100

8gb ram

GT 1030

500W PSU

I am planning to upgrade to a gtx 1660 or 1660 super but was wondering whether my cpu would be a bottleneck or not. Also which gpu would be best for 1080p gaming.

1660 Super would be pretty decent for 1080p gaming, and while not the greatest, if you're targeting 1080p60 the i3 is fine.

I'd upgrade to 16GB of RAM before I'd upgrade the CPU.

This will be the same as a 1660 in some games (outperforms it in games with good DX12 vulkan implementation) for a lot less.

Sorry for the long link.  Don't worry about eBay cards, if it doesnt work eBay buyer protestion WILL get you your money back.  I've personally never had an issue with one.

I wouldn't even upgrade the CPU at this point.  The 8100 will still be fine for a while.
