Make Windows 1909 Installer

I want to make a windows installer that installs version 1909. Essentially I want to install windows without needing to sit through hours of windows updating, or without the need of the upgrade assistant.

 

Any way I can make a version 1909 installer so it installs with minimal updates needed?

Once it shows up, use this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10  You can then either make a bootable USB or an optical disk.

Do I click the USB flash drive option or the ISO file option once in the MediaCreationTool1909?

USB flash option will download Windows installation media and make a bootable usb flash drive.

The ISO option will just download the Windows 10 ISO to your HDD. You will need to use third party software to burn the ISO to a USB Flash drive

Depends on what you want.  Personally I just use an optical disk because I didn't want to use up a USB, but you generally can't reuse those when you need an update done.
