CS GO Bug?

So i got a ssd and a new keyboard and mouse so i formated my windows and since than i have got a problem with (my mouse) *not sure* in cs go i switched back to my old one and even formated windows and still same thing at random times i hear a beep or 3 and while it does it stutters a little and my mouse is unresponsive. i have tried to turn off and even deleted the .exe of sticky keys so it isnt that and played R6S and i don t get the same problem. ive tried formatting windows various times, reinstalling mouse and keyboard drivers, updated bios and all drivers, and still nothing. idnk what to do more...

Old and current Mouse Bloody V7M (new that i stopped using bcs it doesnt respond sometimes for a litlle time Logitech g305)

New Keyboard OMEN sequencer (Old borrowed ill try Monday see if its bcs of the keyboard but i dont think so bcs its the mouse that doesnt respond the keyboard is fine Cooler Master MasterKeys Lite )

 

Also i have tried to get in touch with Steam support they say they couldn t help me bcs of the various peripherals that exist and to try to get in touch with steam community also tried:

Temps aren t a problem i have an really agressive fan curve

Sometimes it looks like its because of the side buttons  bwhen i press them but other times it does it on its own i have tried to give them no function in the official program and still did the same thing

Looks like for whatever reason it was the keyboard don t ask me why or how but it is i have formated windows with my old keyboard and the problem is gone gg omen
