Can somebody link the vrm cooling motherboard tier list?

I thought it was a comment but it was in someone's profile and now I can't find it, it was an excel spreadsheet with color coding and such

This? It's not VRM temps but rather safe amperage for AMD AM4 boards.

I ended up buying an asrock B450M pro4 because it supported 100amps and so far I haven't had any problems, my only complain is that the pcie 16x slot for my graphics is under a 4x slot, and in my specific case it chokes out a lot on the floor of the case but the motherboard itself is really good for the price I'd say
