I built a new pc and my gpu and cpu temps under very heavy load (newest games on the highest settings ) never go over 55 celsius and under 100fps is it super good or just good

55°C is good though we need to know the build, settings you use in game and monitor resolution to judge the FPS.

My CPU runs about 52 max, but my GPU is always at like 70-80C when under load (1080 ti, 1440p, six siege v.high 140~fps) so 55C for GPU max is pretty good
