Language / Windows search error

Hi i installed a new language pack to fit my keybaord and i am getting these wierd errors.

If i signout/singin it doesnt go away i also have these

How can i solve this? Also i cant type anything in windows search i can only click on the icon and go to settings nothing else (this is since i changed the language pack)
