How do I set affinity

Alright so I have a ryzen 2700x and when ever I try to stream with OBS and play a game at the same time both OBS and the game use the same 3 cores and fight over utilization making the game unplayable and the stream laggy. With a lot of games this game be solved by simply setting affinity so OBS and the game use different cores, however EAC blocks setting affinity in task manager I can't stream my favorite game. Does anyone know another way I can set affinity, maybe something similar to how you can set priority in registry editor.
