What should i do?

I've got an a6-3650 cpu OC to 4.69Ghz with 8gb of ram and a GTX 450 gpu.
i get really bad fps on gpu demanding games on all low and 1440x900 resolution but on cpu games i get really good fps.

i really want to be able to play GTAV,Fortnite and some more AAA games at stable framerates.

I am thinking of upgrading my gpu to a secondhand either 1050ti or a 1060.

Is it a good idea to buy one of the above gpu's and if yes which one,or is my cpu too old and i should get another one?

RX 570 is the better deal for most countries, but watch the PSU

To be sure, you'd want to use MSI afterburner or something like it to monitor CPU/GPU usage, but I would say yes it is too old.  Even for a 1060.

If you bought a 1060, or another GPU and then upgrade your system with a better MOBO/CPU you could use it then.

An AM4 motherboard and lower end CPU would be a good pairing with that card, if you have one you are looking at.

considering but if i buy a better cpu in the future will the RX 570 still be good?

it's as good as the 1060, so yeah

It's hard to find the 8gb vram version on second hand,is the 4gb variant as good ?

Yes, the GPU performance is the same (unlike 3gb and 6gb 1060), just cant run as high texture settings.
